Pamela (Rutledge) Van de Cappelle is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 28 years of extensive experience in the Emergency Department, Trauma resuscitation, Operating Room, Labor and Delivery, Medical Surgical, Diabetes Education, and Nursing Administration. Ms.Van de Cappelle brings a lot of diversity to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Cappelle having immigrated from Canada in 1995. She began her nursing career in the US providing care in Montana, Guam, U.S., Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Florida.
Her personal philosophy regarding patient care starts with caring, compassion, and providing comfort to every patient I encounter, while following evidence-based practice and the most current guidelines toward optimizing the health of every patient. She began her career in nursing education started in Canada with a nursing diploma in 1993, completing my BSN in 2016, completing my MSN in Nursing Education in 2020, and completing my MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing at Devry University.
